{"id":42903,"date":"2020-06-24T14:32:59","date_gmt":"2020-06-24T12:32:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/les-78-tours-du-label-odeon\/"},"modified":"2025-10-07T17:21:04","modified_gmt":"2025-10-07T15:21:04","slug":"les-78-tours-du-label-odeon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/de\/les-78-tours-du-label-odeon\/","title":{"rendered":"Die 78 rpm- Schellackplatten des Plattenlabels ODEON"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Bereits 1909 nahm das Label Odeon mehrere Schallplatten mit j\u00fcdischer Musik auf: jiddische Lieder, Liturgie oder Gelehrtenmusik mit Komponisten wie Lazare Saminsky (1882-1959) und Joseph Achron (1886-1943), die beide der 1908 von Joel Engel in Sankt Petersburg gegr\u00fcndeten Gesellschaft f\u00fcr j\u00fcdische Volksmusik angeh\u00f6rten.<\/p>\n<p>Nach einem kurzen R\u00fcckblick auf die Geschichte des Odeon-Labels schlagen wir Ihnen vor, in der folgenden Playlist eine Auswahl von 9 St\u00fccken j\u00fcdischer Musik zu h\u00f6ren, die aus unserem Archiv stammen, und zwischen 1909 und 1934 aufgenommen wurden.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\">Odeon ist ein im Jahre 1903 in Berlin (Deutschland) von Max Straus und Heinrich Zuntz und mit der finanziellen Unterst\u00fctzung von Frederick M.\u00a0Prescott gegr\u00fcndetes Unternehmen zur Produktion von Grammophonen und Schallplatten. Der Name bezieht sich auf das Pariser Odeon-Theater, dessen Tempel das Logo des Plattenlabels schm\u00fcckt.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" aligncenter size-full wp-image-29067\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/doc_1_odeon_500px.jpg\" alt=\"doc_1_odeon_500px.jpg\" width=\"700\" height=\"230\" align=\"center\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/doc_1_odeon_500px.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/doc_1_odeon_500px-300x99.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/doc_1_odeon_500px-600x197.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\">Das Label wird zu einer Filiale der Karl Lindstrom Gesellschaft, die auch Beka, Parlophone und Fonotipia besitzt. Im Jahre 1926 wird Lindstrom von der englischen Zweigstelle der Columbia Graphophone \u00fcbernommen.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-29069\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/doc_2_odeon.jpg\" alt=\"doc_2_odeon.jpg\" width=\"225\" height=\"210\" align=\"right\" \/><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\">Im Jahre 1931 fusioniert Columbia mit Electrola, HMV und anderen Labels und wird zu EMI.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">Im Jahre 1936 \u00fcbernehmen die Nazis die Kontrolle \u00fcber Odeon, indem sie einen linientreuen Direktor und Verwalter einsetzen. Bei den letzen K\u00e4mpfen 1945 in Berlin wird die Odeon-Fabrik von der sowjetischen Armee gr\u00f6<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">\u03b2<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">tenteils zerst\u00f6rt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-29071\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/doc_3_odeon.jpg\" alt=\"doc_3_odeon.jpg\" width=\"225\" height=\"225\" align=\"left\" \u00fcberlebt das Plattenlabel Odeon als Filiale von Emi in zahlreichen nicht-anglophonen M\u00e4rkten wie Westdeutschland, Japan, Spanien, Skandinavien, Lateinamerika und Frankreich.<\/span><\/p>\n<p
