Paris wurde zum Kristallisationspunkt der Hoffnungen auf eine Wiederbelebung des j\u00fcdischen Lebens in Europa und diente gleichzeitig als Durchgangs- oder Ankn\u00fcpfungspunkt f\u00fcr \u00dcberlebende auf der Suche nach einer neuen Heimat. Eine Vielzahl von Strukturen organisierte das kulturelle Leben: j\u00fcdische Gesellschaften, Theater, aber auch Caf\u00e9s und Kabaretts wie das La Riviera von Bernard Potock und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/de\/cash-dave-louis-ludwig-slomniker-1910-1981\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dave Cash<\/a>, der Habibi Club von Sigmunt Berland (ehemals Petit Rancho) oder das tanzende Kabarett Le Zodiac. Anfang der 1960er Jahre er\u00f6ffnete Dave Cash das Cabaret Bagatelle in der Rue de Clichy 29. Einige Jahre sp\u00e4ter zog er nach Pigalle und gr\u00fcndete das Le Cabaret Yiddish, das in den 1970er Jahren wegen mangelnder Kundschaft geschlossen wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fotos, Plakate, Zeitungsartikel und zahlreiche 78er und 33er Schallplatten bewahrten die Spuren dieser glanzvollen \u00c4ra des j\u00fcdischen Kabaretts. Zwischen 1948 und 1953 nahm das Label Elesdisc so mindestens 154 Titel auf, gesungen von gro\u00dfen K\u00fcnstlern, wie Henri Gerro, Dave Cash, Sarah Gorby, Richard Inger, Elvira Bozkowska, Simon Nussbaum oder Max Neufeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2015 ver\u00f6ffentlichte der Verlag des Institut Europ\u00e9en des Musiques juives eine&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/de\/reedition-du-coffret-musiques-juives-dans-le-paris-dapres-guerre-elesdisc-1948-1953\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">6 CDs umfassende Box<\/a>, welche mehr als 120 Chansons umfasst, die von der kreativen Atmosph\u00e4re des j\u00fcdischen Kabaretts der Nachkriegszeit zeugen. Es handelt sich dabei, um eine eigenwillige Mischung aus Folklore und Samba, nostalgischen Tangos und satirischen Swings, die von den K\u00fcnstlern ebenso auf Jiddisch, wie auch auf Russisch,
