Jahrhundert v. Chr. nach dem Sieg der Makkab\u00e4er \u00fcber die Soldaten des Seleukidenk\u00f6nigs Antiochus Epiphanes IV. erinnert.<\/p>\n<p>Der rabbinischen Tradition zufolge ereignete sich w\u00e4hrend dieser Weihe das Wunder des \u00d6lfl\u00e4schchens, das es den Tempelpriestern erm\u00f6glichte, acht Tage lang eine \u00d6lmenge zu verbrennen, die normalerweise kaum f\u00fcr einen Tag ausreicht. Daher wird Chanukka auch als &#8222;Fest der Lichter&#8220; bezeichnet und dauert acht Tage, vom 25. Kislew bis zum 2. oder 3. Tevet (Zeitraum zwischen Ende November und Ende Dezember im gregorianischen Kalender).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-90959 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Colorful_dreidels-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"244\" height=\"163\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Colorful_dreidels-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/Colorful_dreidels.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 244px) 100vw, 244px\" \/>Die Chanukka-Br\u00e4uche sind eng mit dem Wunder des \u00d6lfl\u00e4schchens verbunden, insbesondere was das Anz\u00fcnden von Kerzen w\u00e4hrend der acht Tage des Festes und den Verzehr von Speisen auf \u00d6lbasis (<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kartoffelpuffer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">latkes<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Sufganiyah\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">soufganiyot<\/a>\u2026) betrifft. Es ist auch \u00fcblich, mit Kreiseln zu spielen, auf deren Seiten jeweils ein hebr\u00e4ischer Buchstabe abgebildet ist, und damit ein Gl\u00fccksspiel aufzugreifen, das seit der r\u00f6mischen Antike im gesamten Orient und in Europa verbreitet war.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Die Zeremonie des Anz\u00fcndens der Kerzen<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mehrere Lieder sind spezifisch f\u00fcr die Zeremonie des Kerzenziehens, wie z.
