Bereits im Alter von neun Jahren trat er dem professionellen Chor der Gro\u00dfen Synagoge von Buenos Aires (Paso-Stra\u00dfe) bei und sang an der Seite seines Vaters &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Die musikalische Tradition in der aschkenasischen Liturgie, der hebr\u00e4ischen Bezeichnung f\u00fcr die germanisch-j\u00fcdische Kultur, beinhaltet den synagogalen Gesang, der sich im zweiten Jahrtausend nach Christus in Mittel- und Osteuropa entwickelte.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Kultur aus dem Rheintal bewegte sich allm\u00e4hlich nach Osten und wurde nach und nach von der slawischen Kultur durchdrungen. Und trotz dieser zahlreichen Wanderungen hat sie ihre urspr\u00fcnglichen Eigenheiten bewahrt.<\/p>\n<p>Ganz allgemein ist die Singstimme seit der Zerst\u00f6rung des zweiten Tempels in Jerusalem das bevorzugte Instrument f\u00fcr den Ausdruck des Glaubens in der j\u00fcdischen Liturgie.<\/p>\n<p>Im aschkenasischen Europa hat die musikalische Entwicklung des synagogalen Ritus viele Merkmale der Oper \u00fcbernommen, aber auch die des Volksgesangs der umliegenden V\u00f6lker integriert.<\/p>\n<p>Hector Sabo schreibt Artikel f\u00fcr verschiedene Zeitschriften (Diaspora, KKL-Magazin, Musik und Kultur usw.) und ist Autor zweier akademischer Monografien: Israel Lovy, Portr\u00e4t einer unbekannten Musikerpers\u00f6nlichkeit und Hebr\u00e4ische Begriffe in Walthers W\u00f6rterbuch.
