The 19th & 20th JUNE 2019, in Cologne & the 21st and 22nd JUNE 2019, at the Opéra-Comique of Paris. On the occasion of the bicentenary of Offenbach, searchers from all Europe gather, in Germany and in France, to talk about their latest discoveries on Offenbach, his work and European career.
