Hélène Engel presents the career of the famous French author, composer and singer Jean-Jacques Goldman.
His solo career allows him to establish himself as one of the most popular pop rock singers of his generation, with songs liks Quand la musique est bonne (1982), Je te donne (1986) or On ira (1997). Later on, he will write lyrics and music for many famous artists such as Céline Dion or Johnny Hallyday.
Hélène Engel is a singer, musicologist, author, composer and arranger. She is interested in all aspects of Jewish music, from the collecting of historical sounds to today’s compositions. Based in Montreal, she hosts the radio show " The hidden sides of Jewish Music" on Radio SHALOM Montreal.
