Historically the Jewish community of France has three birth places: the Comtat Venaissin, South West of France (Bordeaux, Bayonne and its region) and Alsace-Loraine. This TV show hosted by Josy Eisenberg is dedicated to the history of the Community of Metz, one of the important cities of Ashkenazi Jews.
With the participation of Bruno Fiszon (Great Rabbi of Metz and Moselle), Marcel Tolub (president of the Jewish community of Metz) and the cantor Albert Kirch who performs here the prayer Omar Rabbi Elazar.
