En la tradici\u00f3n asquenaz\u00ed, aunque hay menos ejemplos de m\u00fasica antigua en el repertorio renano, existen sin embargo algunos ejemplos interesantes de expresi\u00f3n musical integrada en la cultura local. Esta tradicion de origen oriental, viva en Europa del Este, se desarrollo a partir del siglo XIX. En aquella \u00e9poca, cientos de melod\u00edas muy antiguas de la tradici\u00f3n musical jud\u00eda europea fueron anotadas, transcritas y armonizadas, con el fin de garantizar su continuidad y fijaci\u00f3n permanente. La tradici\u00f3n oral condujo inevitablemente a constantes cambios estil\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n<p>El Cuarteto H\u00e9bra\u00efca crea un puente entre la antigua tradici\u00f3n musical medieval y la tradici\u00f3n musical redescubierta en los siglos XIX y XX por compositores que han sabido devolver el alma a esta m\u00fasica, una de las tradiciones m\u00e1s antiguas a\u00fan vivas.<\/p>\n<p>El CD
