Par\u00eds cristaliz\u00f3 las esperanzas de revitalizaci\u00f3n de la vida jud\u00eda en Europa, a la vez que sirvi\u00f3 de punto de paso o apego para los supervivientes en busca de un nuevo hogar. Una multitud de estructuras organizaban la vida cultural: sociedades jud\u00edas, teatros, pero tambi\u00e9n caf\u00e9s y cabarets, como <em>La Riviera<\/em> de Bernard Potock y Dave Cash, el <em>Habibi Club<\/em> de Sigmunt Berland (antes conocido como Petit Rancho) o el cabaret-baile <em>Le Zodiac<\/em>. A principios de los a\u00f1os 60, <a href=\"https:\/\/iemj.komk.fr\/en\/cash-dave-louis-ludwig-slomniker-1910-1981\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dave Cash<\/a> abri\u00f3 el Cabaret Bagatelle, en el n\u00famero 29 de la calle Clichy. Unos a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde, se traslad\u00f3 a Pigalle y mont\u00f3 <em>Le Cabaret Yiddish<\/em>, que cerr\u00f3 en los a\u00f1os 70 por falta de clientela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fotos, carteles, art\u00edculos de prensa y numerosos discos de 78 y 33 rpm han conservado vestigios de esta brillante \u00e9poca de los cabarets \u00eddish. Entre 1948 y 1953, el sello Elesisc grab\u00f3 al menos 154 discos interpretados por grandes artistas como Gerro, Dave Cash, Sarahby, Richard Inger, Elira Boczkowska y Maxfeld.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2015, las Ediciones del Instituto Europeo de M\u00fasica Jud\u00eda lanzaron&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/es\/reedition-du-coffret-musiques-juives-dans-le-paris-dapres-guerre-elesdisc-1948-1953\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">una caja de 6 CDs<\/a>&nbsp;con m\u00e1s de 120 canciones que dan testimonio de la atm\u00f3sfera creativa de los cabarets jud\u00edos de la posguerra, donde los artistas combinaron audazmente el folklore y la samba, tangos nost\u00e1lgicos o swings sat\u00edricos, en \u00eddish, pero tambi\u00e9n en ruso, hebreo e incluso en rumano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
