{"id":101385,"date":"2016-09-06T11:29:47","date_gmt":"2016-09-06T09:29:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/il-mantovano-hebreo\/"},"modified":"2025-10-20T17:09:59","modified_gmt":"2025-10-20T15:09:59","slug":"il-mantovano-hebreo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/it\/il-mantovano-hebreo\/","title":{"rendered":"Il Mantovano Hebreo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"post_excerpt\"><strong>Madrigali italiani, preghiere ebraiche e musica strumentale di Salomone Rossi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/it\/rossi-salomone-vers-1570-vers-1630\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Salomone Rossi<\/a> \u00e8 soprattutto noto per la sua raccolta di musica sacra in ebraico, <em>Hashirim Asher Li&#8217;Shlomo (1622\/3)<\/em>, ma ha anche pubblicato 4 libri di musica strumentale e 9 libri di musica profana italiana. L&#8217;ampiezza di questa opera profana fa pensare che Rossi abbia svolto un ruolo musicale di primo piano presso la nobilt\u00e0 di Mantova (Italia), in particolare alla corte dei Gonzaga, dove avrebbe lavorato per la maggior parte della sua vita.<\/p>\n<p>I suoi pezzi sarebbero stati eseguiti regolarmente in occasione di balli e concerti di musica da camera. Le sue prime raccolte di musica strumentale includono diversi pezzi per 4 e 5 parti (come si pu\u00f2 ascoltare nella sua <em>Sinfonia Prima a 5<\/em>). In seguito si concentr\u00f2 sulla <em>trio sonata<\/em>, di nuova invenzione, composta da 2 voci bianche e da un basso. Queste opere includono <em>sinfonie<\/em> in diversi movimenti di danza (<em>affeti<\/em>, <em>gagliarde<\/em>, <em>correnti<\/em> e <em>brandi<\/em>), oltre a sonate per violino.<\/p>\n<p>Oltre alla prolifica attivit\u00e0 laica del musicista mantovano, Rossi, essendo ebreo, ha voluto modernizzare la musica sinagogale introducendo cori polifonici nelle preghiere e nei salmi delle funzioni religiose. La creazione del ghetto ebraico a Mantova nel 1612 ha probabilmente ispirato Rossi a creare questa nuova forma di musica sinagogale. Gli ebrei di Mantova, esclusi dalla societ\u00e0 cristiana, hanno cos\u00ec colto l&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 di creare la propria musica d&#8217;arte. Rossi &#8211; unico all&#8217;interno della comunit\u00e0 ebraica per le sue capacit\u00e0 musicali &#8211; ha quindi creato un nuovo genere ispirato, almeno concettualmente, alla musica del tempio di Gerusalemme.<\/p>\n<p>Questa doppia identit\u00e0 lo ha reso noto come &#8220;l&#8217;ebreo di Mantova&#8221;.<br \/>L&#8217;obiettivo di Rossi era quello di arricchire ed elevare la preghiera ebraica adattando i testi antichi alla nuova musica. Ha adattato le armonie del suo tempo alla prosodia ebraica. L&#8217;ascoltatore pu\u00f2 cos\u00ec seguire il testo e godere della musica delicata. In questo modo, Rossi ha voluto toccare il cuore dei suoi ascoltatori piuttosto che impressionarli.<\/p>\n<p>Questo CD ci mostra i numerosi talenti di Rossi come compositore di corte e riformatore della musica sinagogale. L&#8217;ensemble a 5 voci <strong>Profeti Della Quinta<\/strong> \u00e8 affiancato da <strong>Katya Polin<\/strong> ed <strong>Eva Saladin<\/strong> ai violini, e da <strong>Ori Harmelin<\/strong> e <strong>Ryosuke Sakamoto<\/strong> alla tiorba (un tipo di grande liuto). I cantanti, la cui lingua madre \u00e8 l&#8217;ebraico, sono specialisti della musica barocca italiana e, in quanto tali, sono particolarmente indicati per aiutarci a (ri)scoprire l&#8217;opera di
