Nella tradizione ashkenazita, sebbene vi siano meno esempi di musica antica nel repertorio renano, vi sono comunque alcuni interessanti esempi di espressione musicale integrata nella cultura locale. Questa tradizione, nata nell&#8217;Europa orientale, \u00e8 fiorita a partire dal XIX secolo. A quel tempo, centinaia di melodie molto antiche della tradizione musicale ebraica europea furono annotate, trascritte ed armonizzate, al fine di garantirne la continuit\u00e0 e la fissazione permanente. La tradizione orale portava inevitabilmente a continui cambiamenti stilistici.<\/p>\n<p>Il Quartetto Hebra\u00efca crea un ponte tra l&#8217;antica tradizione musicale medievale e quella riscoperta nel XIX e XX secolo da compositori che hanno saputo recuperare l&#8217;anima di questa musica, una delle pi\u00f9 antiche tradizioni ancora in vita.<\/p>\n<p>Il CD pu\u00f2 essere ordinato alla
