{"id":82939,"date":"2020-01-09T18:09:24","date_gmt":"2020-01-09T17:09:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/le-nocturne-ville-davrayen-de-georges-enesco-1881-1955\/"},"modified":"2022-04-18T17:19:33","modified_gmt":"2022-04-18T15:19:33","slug":"le-nocturne-ville-davrayen-de-georges-enesco-1881-1955","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/it\/le-nocturne-ville-davrayen-de-georges-enesco-1881-1955\/","title":{"rendered":"Il Notturno Ville d\u2019Avrayen di Georges Enesco (1881-1955)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>di Herv\u00e9 Roten,<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Compositore rumeno, ma anche violinista virtuoso, direttore d&#8217;orchestra, pianista e pedagogo, Georges Enesco (Enescu in rumeno) \u00e8 nato il 19 agosto 1881 a Liveni (Moldavia rumena).<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-26560\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/enesco_250px_vertic.jpg\" alt=\"enesco_250px_vertic.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"250\" align=\"right\">Bambino prodigio, entra al Conservatorio di Vienna all&#8217;et\u00e0 di 7 anni. Vi studia composizione e violino e si produce regolarmente in pubblico dall&#8217;et\u00e0 di 12 anni. Nel 1895 si trasferisce a Parigi per seguire gli studi musicali al conservatorio : composizione con Jules Massenet e Gabriel Faur\u00e9, contrappunto con Andr\u00e9 G\u00e9dalge, violino con Martin-Pierre Marsick.<\/p>\n<p>A Parigi stringe amicizia in particolare con Alfred Cortot, Pablo Casals, Jacques Thibaud, Maurice Ravel, Jean Roger-Ducasse, Florent Schmitt, Paul Dukas e Fernand Halphen. Nel 1898 Enesco dedica ad Halphen il suo <em>Nocturne Ville d&#8217;Avrayen<\/em> per pianoforte e trio d&#8217;archi. Due anni dopo, Halphen dedica ad Enesco la sua <em>Sonata in do # minore<\/em> per violino e pianoforte, una sonata che fu probabilmente effettuata dallo stesso Enesco quando fu eseguita per la prima volta.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la prima guerra mondiale, Enesco torna in Romania, dove compone la sua <em>Seconda suite per orchestra <\/em>(1915) e la sua <em>Seconda sinfonia<\/em> (1918), un <em>Trio <\/em>per violino, violoncello e pianoforte e sette <em>Composizioni improvvisate<\/em> per pianoforte. Alla fine della guerra, condivide la sua vita tra la Francia e gli Stati Uniti dove dirige regolarmente l\u2019Orchestra filarmonica di New York. Tiene anche numerosi recital e concerti in Francia, dove \u00e8 accompagnato da Gabriel Faur\u00e9 e Richard Strauss. Dal 1928 inizia ad insegnare violino ed interpretazione a Parigi, Siena, New York e Cambridge. Tra i suoi studenti ci sono Yehudi Menuhin, Christian Ferras, Dino Lipatti, Ivry Gitlis, Arthur Grumiaux, Michel Schwalb\u00e9&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>La seconda guerra mondiale vede Enesco tornare a Bucarest. Si immerge nella vita musicale della capitale rumena. Ardente difensore della musica contemporanea, compone opere di grande modernit\u00e0: <em>Impressioni d&#8217;infanzia<\/em> per violino e pianoforte (1940), un <em>Quintetto<\/em> per pianoforte e archi (1940) e il suo secondo <em>Quartetto<\/em> con pianoforte (1944). Tornata la pace, Enesco si esibisce come direttore o violinista a Mosca con David O\u00efstrakh ed Emil Gilels, a Bucarest con Yehudi Menuhin o al pianoforte a fianco di Ernst Wallfisch. L&#8217;instaurazione del regime comunista lo porta all&#8217;esilio definitivo. Rifugiato a Parigi e pur in difficolt\u00e0 economiche e di salute, rimane molto attivo fino alla sua morte nella notte tra il 3 e il 4 maggio 1955.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le circostanze della composizione del Notturno Ville d&#8217;Avrayen<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" alignright size-full wp-image-26562\" src=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/capture_signature_enesco_redim.jpg\" alt=\"capture_signature_enesco_redim.jpg\" width=\"202\" height=\"350\" align=\"right\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/capture_signature_enesco_redim.jpg 202w, https:\/\/www.iemj.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/capture_signature_enesco_redim-173x300.jpg 173w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 202px) 100vw, 202px\" \/>Il 5 luglio 1898 Georges Enesco, non ancora diciassettenne, \u00e8 invitato da Fernand Halphen a Ville d&#8217;Avray, a casa dei suoi genitori. Colmo dell&#8217;ironia per degli ebrei, la casa di Georges e Alice Halphen si chiamava \u201cIl Monastero\u201d! Enesco, compagno di classe di Halphen al conservatorio, vi trascorre dei momenti molto piacevoli e i due amici allungono persino la giornata fino a tarda notte. La luna \u00e8 chiara e provoca l&#8217;ispirazione di Enesco che compone un <em>Notturno Ville d&#8217;Avrayen<\/em> per pianoforte, violino, viola e violoncello, che dedicher\u00e0 a Fernand Halphen, ed a chi consegner\u00e0 il manoscritto.<\/p>\n<p>Nel 2005, i discendenti di Fernand Halphen donano gli archivi musicali del compositore al Centro Francese delle Musiche Ebraiche, l&#8217;attuale Istituto Europeo di musiche ebraiche. Tra i tanti documenti c&#8217;\u00e8 questo manoscritto dimenticato. Alcune ricerche su Internet mostrano un abbozzo dello spartito. Altri menzionano questo spartito come datato 1931-1936, con il titolo leggermente diverso di <em>Nocturne Ville d&#8217;Avray<\/em>. Nel 2012 esce un CD dedicato alle opere inedite di Georges Enesco (<em>Georges Enescu, The Unknown Enescu<\/em>, Volume One, Music for violin) in cui compare il <em>Notturno Ville d&#8217;Avrayen<\/em>. Questo notturno, ritrovato in un manoscritto conservato dall&#8217;Istituto Culturale Romeno \u2013 Museo Georges Enesco, \u00e8 descritto come \u201cun toccante ricordo dei forti rapporti che Enesco ebbe con Menuhin\u201d nel periodo dal 1931 al 1936 ! Secondo Malcolm MacDonald, autore della notizia del disco, fu durante questo periodo che Enesco avrebbe scritto questo notturno che sarebbe stato suonato nella residenza dei Menuhin, che allora vivevano a Ville d&#8217;Avray. In realt\u00e0, Enesco si era limitato a riprendere questo lavoro giovanile che affida, per essere interpretato, in particolare a Menuhin al violino, a Pierre Monteux alla viola ed a Maurice Eisenberg al violoncello. La storia ha cancellato il nome del primo dedicatario \u2013 Fernand Halphen \u2013 per conservare solo quello di Yehudi Menuhin. Su tale spartito, precisato come essendo stato completato gioved\u00ec 7 luglio 1898 alle ore 3:20 del mattino, si trovano indicazioni quali \u201cbel chiaro di luna\u201d, \u201ccanto del gallo\u201d, \u201csuona mezzanotte\u201d. Questa stessa natura ispirer\u00e0 a Enesco, un anno dopo, una Aubade per violino, viola e violoncello (1899) e pi\u00f9 tardi una Serenata lontana per pianoforte, violino e violoncello
