For this program, she is accompanied by two excellent musicians : Jean-Lou Descamps (violin, tambura, lauta) and Olivier Marcaud (vocals, percussions). The skills of Jean-Lou Descamps with the ethnic instruments and traditional music, combined with the beautiful voice of Olivier Marcaud responding to Stella Gutman, or as a solo, make of this album a real jewel.
Jean Carasso (Z”L), big defender of the Judeo-Spanish culture and founder of the periodical La Lettre Sépharade, testifies of its quality : “One of the best performances that has come to us”.
Stella Gutman completes this repertoire with a very nice Hebrew lullaby, and a song in Yiddish.
