Handwritten sheet music from 1825 to 1860, and over 300 books form this collection of rare documents around Jewish music. The Birnbaum collection gathers handwritten and printed synagogue sheet music dating from 1710 to 1910. One can also find audio recordings from the beginning of the 20th century.
