Fredy Durra was born in 1922 in Breslaü (at the timein Germany) and settled down in Palestine in 1939. After a period where he sang in the air force’s orchestra, he became better known in cabaret, singing songs in Hebrew, German and Yiddish. He performed concert in Israel, Germany, Switzerland, Austria…

You will find here a few songs that he performs, such as the popular folk song Resele, and also cabaret songs writen by his contemporaries such as Dave Cash, Benzion Wittler or Robitschek
