MAAYAN

New Album: Isha

The story of Isha sounds like a tale passing from generation to generation, and that invites us to travel. Born from the meeting of the Sephardi repertoire, Arabic, Andalusian, and Yemenite tradition, with the hot rhythms of jazz, between tradition and modernity, Eastern and Western worlds, World music and Jazz, Maayan celebrates this new alliance.

Supported by the warm voice of Naïma Chemoul, accompanied by great musicians like Thierry Di Filippo or Julien Duthu, this new album will heat the hearts and ears.
